Christ Church Hawthorn is an evangelical (gospel and Bible-based) church. We’re located at 2 Denham Street Hawthorn (corner Church Street), on both Tram routes  48 and 75, not far up from Hawthorn Station.

The church is immediately next door to Hawthorn West Primary School, and it works well for us to run the after-school kids' club. We call it 'Shine'.

We’re currently running Shine on Thursday afternoons, but we’d like to expand to a second afternoon each week.

The hours of work are currently Thursday afternoons,

either three hours (3pm to 6pm) or four hours (2pm to 6pm).
