Playgroups

Playgroups encourage social, emotional and physical development through creative activities and play.

Currently (as of June 2019)
- the Wednesday Rostered Playgroup is closing;
- there are no other Playgroups operating at Christ Church Hawthorn;
- and it is unclear whether any other other Playgroup will operate in the immediate future.

Wednesday Rostered Playgroup:

• The Rostered Playgroup has been running for several years on Wednesday mornings, from 9am to 12 midday.

• Cost is $300 per term.

Our rostered playgroup is a semi-structured session for children aged 2-4 years. It runs for three hours each Wednesday morning during school term dates. There are paid carers, and for each attending child a parent or caregiver is required to attend as a helper, for the duration of the session, twice per term - on a roster.

What should I bring? Please bring a nut free snack for your child, and water bottle, as well as clearly labelled hat, change of clothing and any required nappies changing items.
